Jen’s passion for caring for pets and creating an engaging pet parent experience, started working in small animal veterinary hospitals where she worked as a Practice Manager, Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist. She joined us after 12 year’s experience working at a pet insurance and pet foundation.

She is a customer experience and operations executive who has joined our team as Chief of Staff. In this role, she performs a variety of functions, including clinic operations, project management, customer success, human resources, and recruiting. In short, a “Jen-of-all-trades” (she coined the term ). She’s super excited about building and launching services that delight our team and customers and becoming innovative leaders in this space!

Jen is supported by her pet and human family, a crazy Bernedoodle Ozzie Bear, a hairless cat named Mary Lou, one giant bunny, Hank and her partner. She enjoys snowboarding, bodyboarding, camping, gardening, concerts, and several other hobbies.
