Gavin is a former U.S. Army infantry captain and decorated combat veteran, having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. His business background includes management consulting with McKinsey & Company and executive roles at Expedia, A Place For Mom, and Porch. The son of two veterinarians and co-owner of his family’s cattle ranch, Gavin brings his mission-driven leadership approach and operations experience to an industry he loves. He holds a mechanical engineering degree, with honors, from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
